Is a light and bright blank canvas warehouse in Braeside.

We offer cocktail events for groups of up to 50 people for any celebration.

Let us plan your event with bespoke styling, food and drinks!

If you prefer to DIY/BYO, then that option is also available.

Catering

Self Cater- $200 fee
You're welcome to organise your own licensed caterer.

The caterer will need to provide a copy of their food license

and bring all their own equipment. (there are no available kitchen facilities)

Mid-Week Monday - Thursday

Lunchtime/after work 2-hour hire $600 Night after 6 pm- 5 hours $1150

Weekend Friday-Sunday

Daytime- 3-hour hire $800
Night after 6 pm - 5-hour hire $1500

Includes:
Venue hire with coordinator (5 hours) set up and styling
catering buffet grazing table option BYO alcohol venue setup package furniture hire (bar tables and chairs) glass hire

30 people = $3500 weekday and $3800 weekend

50 people = $4500 weekday and $4800 weekend

note: food package is from our food pdf from our in-house caterer.

Event package 2 deluxe

Includes:
Venue hire with coordinator and staff (5 hours)

setup and styling
catering buffet grazing table option with added cake and dessert (see note for 50ppl)
BYO alcohol w/ venue setup package & glass hire furniture hire (bar tables, chairs and more) feature backdrop wall with neon or balloons drinks/candy cart

30 people = $5000 weekday and $5300 weekend

50 people = $7000 weekday and $7300 weekend

Note: food option is from an in-house caterer or can be changed to food truck pizza gelato for 50 ppl package

BYO Drinks Options

Byo Drinks 1. diy
Clients are to supply ice tubs, ice, and drinkware. Setup and pack down of drinks and disposal of rubbish

Byo drinks 2. venue assistance
The venue will supply ice tubs, ice, setup and pack down of drinks, disposal of rubbish and staff member
$400 weekday $500 weekend

Note: hire of glasses is an extra cost of $10 per person
